In our house our we prioritize whole food, natural ingredients as often as we can. I make most things from scratch without seed oils or highly processed ingredients. But we also keep things balanced! Because we focus so highly on quality ingredients most of the time, we can be flexible when we need to be.
I’m a believer in the idea that if it’s made from quality simple ingredients then it’s pretty much “healthy”. If I’m using sugar in a recipe, it’s usually regenerative organic pure cane sugar. If I’m using milk in a recipe, it’s usually A2 Organic Grass Fed. And so on and so forth.
All of these recipes I feed to my kids and family so I hope you and your family can find joy and love in these recipes as much as mine has!
